Military DUI

>Hey Yas Forums, I just got charged with a DUI on base.
But why? The military invests a shit ton of cash with on-base transport specifically for this reason. They even have the "give a battle buddy a ride" recommendation so that you don't have to depend on the base van.

Your fucked.

If its on base, it might not affect your real license and insurance. You will prob be discharged as a private. alcohol is meh, gym is better.

You're going to get your asshole ripped by a brignigger. Just close your eyes and think of Chesty.

Look, I don't disagree, I did some retarded shit. I went to move my car after a night of partying to a different spot, and blew a .08. Cops didnt even think I'd been drinking, just thought I was someone else. Plus out Arrive Alive thing is officially dead.
Even for a first offense and diversion program? The cops actually offered to help me out, I'm a solid marine other than this, and am generally well liked

should be 6 months at leavenworth and automatic dishonorable

If this was the surge you would be fine. However, with no war your probably done for joe
