Proper sleep. This more than any other alt-pharma products people are shilling in this thread. If you are getting less than 7-8 hours of sleep every night your immune system is compromised. No amount of flintstone vitamins will be able to unfuck you.

Oral forms of vitamin C that pass through the digestive tract suffer from poor absorption and the efficiency drops sharply as the amount consumed increases. At best, your body absorbs only a third of your oral vitamin C intake that passes through your GI tract and as the dose increases that efficiency drops to 14% or something like that. There is absolutely no point in eating high doses of vitamin C in regular forms (aside from cleaning your gut), as you will just piss most of it out and get a mad case of the shits.
If you want to really megadose vitamin C and by megadose I mean actually deliver fuckhuge doses of vitamin C into your cells, you need either intravenous injections or the liposomal form. Both of these forms have a dramatically higher absorption rate and won't make you shit yourself. The liposomal form is more costly than the regular one and intravenous injections require some basic medical skills. There is no way around this.

1. Smoking made your throat feel better because cigarettes have anti cough chemicals in them. Smoking also makes you less likely to cough because it kills the hairs in your lungs that tell your body to cough. This does not mean it's good for when your sick, coughing is good for you unironically. Smoking turns off the lung's ability to self clean
2. Coronachan seems to work in waves, first a mild flu which you heal from, then it comes hard and fast with pneumonia
3. You can get reinfected, second time seems to be worse than the first.

Those 2g doses people take are a waste of money. Either learn how to inject yourself or be ready to spend some dosh for the liposomal form.

Vitamin D3 is the best thing for you. Take it with large doses of K2 to help with calcium.
