First Kage generation (Hashirama) was full of jobbers. Also, besides Nardo and Gaara, Boruto’s kage generation is weak. The mizukage and Tsuchikage are a joke, I don’t think the Raikage is weak BUT he was definitely weaker thank A.

Thing is Naruto can probably solo the entire said generation and if not he can certainly beat them with Gaara alone. That's how ridiculously OP he is.

Naruto can solo all Kage generations at will with clones. If you go by total strength, his generation wins despite 4 of 5 Kages drinking tea.

Taking the war as a benchmark is retarded, because Kakashi constantly had his chakra replenished. You can spam Chidori and Kamui when Naruto constantly throws chakra at you EVEN BEFORE he had established the link to people.

Having no chakra left did not distract them from pulling big a ass move. Yes, both Sasuke AND Deidara, no matter how much Sasukehaters are willing to cry and whine for decades

Summoning that snake takes a massive amount of chakra. Sasuke can’t even stand, so summoning that think should have killed him. God, it is stated that even abusing chidori can be deadly.

Sasuke couldn’t stand because he run chidori through his body to deactivate C4 bombs in his bloodstream, not because he was out of chakra.

Even if somehow he had some chackra, he certainly would not be able to pull 3 chackra-intensive jutsus (summoning cobra king, gengutsu powerful enough to tame cobra king, space-time ninjutsu).
