Numidium is definitely nowhere near that strong, max planet level. On the other hand the Death Star should be at least Star tier. It's not JUST a big biimu that blows up planets, it's an impenetrable space fortress which can project insane power and terror throughout the galaxy. At the very least, it will automatically win every system it's in.

I mean it's a conceptual "NO" to the world that breaks time each time it's turned on. It's a god in a way, and a powerful one at that.
It is actually really powerful, it's just that it has an off switch and a controller. Dwemer wanted to create a pocket universe with it in the first place, I think, so it should be possible in theory.
It's kinda hard to tell whether it's nigh-omnipotent or universal, though, considering how alien TES cosmology is, but it's certainly conceptual fuckery.
Also, if you don't think C0da is a bunch of non-canon bullshit, it destroys Nirn next time it turns up there.

TES lore is pretty bonkers, which is half the fun of it. The other half is that the mundane parts are actually pretty well thought out too, if you dig deep enough.
But yeah, the pocket universe thing might have been me reaching too much. It's probably nigh-omnipotent within Nirn and a lot less powerful outside of it, still on a level of a god, though, it's even powered by one. And you kinda need a really good pilot to even make any use of that.
So yeah, definitely Special with strong leaning to Planet Tier (but conceptual fuckery and insane setting shove it outside the scale).

Getter Emperor is SAID to release the power of "the big bang" when it combines, but that's more or less all we see of it. In TTGL, the Tengen Toppa isn't left over after the final battle because it fades away. Because it didn't actually exist.
Awakened Shin Getter vs Lagann would be an interesting fight but would otherwise be matched since they have the same power, only one is an elder god and ths other is a the little engine that could.
