I actually thought for most of the manga that Hina was the inevitable end, but it really looks like a Rui end at this point. The question now is more of if Rui and/or Hina will make it out alive of this current arc.

And the thing is, they just accepted it and were even happy about it, when as far as I can tell pregnancies before marriage is still relatively uncommon in Japan (about only 1/4 of all pregnancies according to a study I saw) and apparently still not widely-accepted. It's as if Sasuga just went out of her way to force a Rui end no matter how stupid or unrealistic the process was, and I say this as a Ruifag myself.

As much flak as Suzuka's pregnancy arc got, it's still a far more realistic look at the decision-making and factors involved than this.
