It's making some Ruifags feel nervous at this point because we see how boring a Rui end would be if it keeps going and how the pace is really starting to pick up when Hina gets thrown in. Sasuga has already set in stone how a Rui route is beyond out of place and against the whole plot of destiny and her own side art of Hina and Natsu living together etc. It's almost over and not even about your waifufagging at this point. It's as if Sasuga just went out of her way to force a Rui end no matter how stupid or unrealistic the process was, and I say this as a Ruifag myself.

As much flak as Suzuka's pregnancy arc got, it's still a far more realistic look at the decision-making and factors involved than this.

No, what was realistic was how they handled it. They were very happy and ecstatic about it, and their friends were happy about it too. Normally there would be at least some questioning or at least doubts about how it got to that point instead of immediate acceptance. Look how Yamato initially reacted to Suzuka revealing to him that she was pregnant compared to what happened with Rui and Natsuo.
