Homo

The season started. What are the fujo oriented anime?

Also Number24 came back, it seems like it wasn't hit by production woes much despite the delay, and it looks mostly fine.

This airs today, yes? Looks cute.

So, it really was Ao no Fag after all.
I didn’t exactly follow the series, but how are those that were absolutely convinced there was 0 chance for a homo end feeling right now? The people saying the author was homophobic and such?

Really? Nice, I've been waiting for this.

Not sure, the threads that popped up were mostly rife with 1) people who were happy with the ending 2) people who read for the romance with Futaba and complained the ending made no sense. And the people in between.
Personally I did think the author was ankward with his wall of texts about coming out (going so far as to create a character just to justify homophobia, kinda). But I never said he was homophobic and I'm happy with the ending.

I just want touma and taichi porn now :(

I honestly think the ending was good but the way it happened i.e timeskip was just not good

I mean, there was no build up at all so it’s still shit

These threads are way too frequent.

There was, it was just very subtle and probably not enough. Like one user said in the threads it's one of the rare mangos where overanalyzing was the right amount of analyzing. But how many people do that when they read mango? I don't blame people for thinking it came out of the blue. Not to mention we've got volumes upon volumes of verbalization of Futaba's thoughts and feelings but somehow the moment it gets gay, nothing. Taichi's thoughts were hidden for several chapters. I understand that it makes the twist more effective but this was probably one of those stories where preparing a twist is less important than showing the stuff. Show Taichi's gay epiphany, the breakup, show the progress of his relationship with Touma post coming out. Even if it's through a fast montage and a few pages of snippets. Readers who didn't consider this ending kinda deserved that much to accept this course of events.

I never thought the author was actually homophobic. I think the ending is shit. Also there is already a thread.
