yeah, no. 2-3 cour sounds a lot more likely, as they got no reason to over stretch it with filler, since they're already working with a manga long finished, so there's no keep up game to play. the series isn't much of an anime cash cow either compared to OP, DBZ and Naruto.
a single chapter of Bleach can work in a 4-7 minute format with the right pacing, as most of the panels are often large, and action focused, saved for plot/lore heavy chapter. it's not all that impossible to fit in 2-4 chapters worth of content per episode. it'll at least allow them to allocate the budget and manpower for some better directing and animation.
if i have to ask for one thing to change, it's the final battle; shit was rushed as fuck, and Yhwach really needs a better form other than some black blob with eyes.
