What should be the best way to adapt the TYBW arc? Just make a long running adaptation like Bort and Black Clover with garbage animation(except for a few fights) or go down the seasonal route with a better budget management,time and quality? They are probably milking this for at least 100 episodes anyway.

yeah, no. 2-3 cour sounds a lot more likely, as they got no reason to over stretch it with filler, since they're already working with a manga long finished, so there's no keep up game to play. the series isn't much of an anime cash cow either compared to OP, DBZ and Naruto.
a single chapter of Bleach can work in a 4-7 minute format with the right pacing, as most of the panels are often large, and action focused, saved for plot/lore heavy chapter. it's not all that impossible to fit in 2-4 chapters worth of content per episode. it'll at least allow them to allocate the budget and manpower for some better directing and animation.
if i have to ask for one thing to change, it's the final battle; shit was rushed as fuck, and Yhwach really needs a better form other than some black blob with eyes.

Bleach is the second most sold long running anime in Japan. BDs have been selling out months before it's release date as well. Shueisha has taken the international market into consideration and that will do everything to milk the series.

that filler arc with Koga Kuchiki and Muramusa was pretty cool especially the final fights between Ichigo and Muramusa and Byakuya vs Koga but it's pretty hilarious how wrong it is going by what the royal guard do Zanpakuto ain't your buddy, comrade, lover, partner, best friend, or anyt of that, it's literally you. I am thou, thou arte I kinda thing. That being said my favorite ones have to be Rukia's and Hisagi's in terms of design I wish we could have seen Baboon Zabimaru again but they wanted to go with that joke from an omake

What's even funnier is they had Ichigo team up with his hollow to fight a brainwashed Bachgetsu. It was pretty awesome.
The regai filler had some good fights and animation,too. Ever imagine how a fight between Kommaura and Soi Fon would go? Or Zaraki vs Zaraki? or Unohana vs Unohana? Or even Ichigo,Rukia,Renji,Orihime,Uryu, Chad and Kon vs the final boss of the arc? That shot of them charging the final boss with Kon having nothing to arm himself with but a fucking rock was hilarious.
We even got a huge melee of regai shinigami vs regular shinigami with a Kukaku and Jidanbo cameo at the end even if they didn't speak. the new captain arc had Ichigo vs a guy who looked like Kakashi and the animation when he put his mask on was cool as shit

There aren’t that many fights that seem to look like classic brawls or "flashy" physical combats etc. Most of the time it's just 2 dudes having a stand-off and are throwing ability’s at one another. Kenpachi vs Unohana is probably the closest we get to some great physical combat.

It might look better in the anime, but it's still pretty damn boring in the long run, it's literally just Gremmy throwing stuff at Ken-chan, and Ken-chan slicing them up. Some stuff even the best animation can't salvage.

Still, animation itself won't really add much to it. It's a boring fight too when it comes to combat itself. I mean, Bambi throws shit at him, he's immortal so it doesn't matter and then he sliced her down. It would have to be reworked from scratch to add some interesting choreography or something. The only good thing about that fight is Koma's character development.
