If they do that would means they would be as idealist and fool as you, since she would have never been independent she wouldnt understand the world, she wouldnt understand the economical needs of being free still she would take the chance at the first moment due her inexperience. The first days she would be hungry and probably would whore herself to survive. A miserable existance. Sometimes you have to protect your beloved and dumb subjects with a bit of opression to protect them from their stupid, stupid descisions, all governments understand that universal truth.
