His final fight was honestly one of the most inspirational things I've read. Yeah, at its core it was just a "the power was inside you all along," but the whole character arc he had with Razlo just made it work so well.
Honestly I think that’s what makes trigun work for me, it’s pretty generic in terms of the broader strokes of the story but it’s use of the emotions in it is top notch
Cameron Collins
TriMax does emotion very well.
The shot on the couch next to Vash is the iconic one, but I think the one of Nicholas watching the confetti fall and realizing what it's supposed to mean is the real emotional climax
>explains things better they're laid out plainly in the anime
Carter Brooks
I don't know I just feel they exposition better in the manga. I kinda missed that it took place on another planet entirely or that Vash was literally a Deus ex Machina
Nicholas Taylor
Does the anime even go into ren?
It’s true the tenth book is absolutly the peak of the series, but I’d like a sequel to see how knives attempts to redeem himself
Evan Lewis
you might be a simp.
the reveal was slow though I can see how little foreshadowy details would seem to stick out better in subsequent views to the point that I don't remember ever not knowing it.
Yep, calls back to her weird little tune they sing in like every ep plus the knives backstory ep. Doesn't cover more than it needs to.
