Gil Colson.

TDKR is the closest we're going to get for a while I think. Bane in pop culture is now either Hardy's version, or a mexican stereotype that acts like a dumb animal. At least that movie did the back breaking scene well. (Also you need Robin to make Knightfall work because he's the primary force pushing back against JPV, and WB is scared of doing Robin again).
