Sort of. She's clearly only interested in living life on easy mode, so for that reason she's spiritually bankrupt. However, people lose the incentive to work because the work of the modern man isn't fulfilling and is often unfair and needlessly laborious. Nobody really wants to work hard to make someone else a lot of money and it's understandable why someone would rather just live off of benefits and do more fulfilling things with their free time.
