People always talk about how great it is to live on benefits, I don't really understand that. I was on the dole (UK here) for like 2 years in my early 20s and I remember times when I had no electricity for a day cause it ran out and no food. It's pretty shit.

From my experiences with my fraternity, this is not the case. Our black frat brothers who had ethnic as shit names were denied engineering jobs galore, whereas my white frat brothers with lesser resumes and lower GPA's got jobs instantly.
