But why in the hell is he getting praise from other filmmakers like Scorsese, Tarantino, Chazelle, Edgar wright, Herzog, Cameron, Soderberg, etc...?
How is this fraud tricking experienced filmmakers?

The entire community is built on building your network. You strengthen relationships with compliments. So these directors support one another so they can lengthen the amount of time they can stay in this business while remaining successful.
You've never succeeded at anything so building a network is beyond your comprehension. Your only social network is between yourself, your mother and maybe a postal worker.
Tarantino has terrible taste
All those people have iphones
I would agree with you if the list was some no name shits trying to move upwards in the industry. What would someone like Herzog or Cameron or Tarantino gain from licking up to Nolan? All of who either work in different level in the industry or broke out before him.
Herzog shat on Godard ffs.
maybe Yas Forums contrarians are in the wrong
Because Nolan isn't a fraud. Guide for filtering through Nolan and his films.
>Nolan is one of the greatest filmmakers of all time/21st century etc....
Normies, redditors
>Nolan is overrated
Redditors trying to act cool by being contrarian to other redditors
>Nolan is a hack/fraud
Brainlets/redditors trying to fit in on Yas Forums
>While Nolan is not as great as some of his fanboys claim, he is still one of the better filmmakers working in the big budget category today and I would have him over the MCU.
True patricians.
I think maybe because he's been highly commcerically succesful and allowed creative freedom to make likeable cerebral blockbusters that earns the respect of neighbor directors. He finds unique performances in well known actors and has great trailers.
