Enough about the big franchises. Get in here and make anons aware of some underseen and underappreciated classics goddamnit.
I'll start us off with a good one. I definitely recommend picking up the blu as all previous versions feature an EXTREMELY murky picture quality. Here it still has nice dark atmosphere that the movie intended but you can ...ya know..SEE what's going on. Anyways this is one of the better and spookier backwoods/camping slashers I think. Very minimal but has a good tone to it. Killer is very menacing.
Here's another. So bad its good 80's cheese masterpiece. As a bonus it's made by the dynamic duo of Charles In Charges brother and the fat fuck that buttfucked Corey Haim.
Also this one. I read nothing but poor reviews for it growing up, but it's not too shabby! Nice dark atmosphere throughout and the killer, while just some guy, is spoooky enough.
