I kinda loved this. It felt like an off the trails old EU book, but in a good way

ESB > ANH > ROTJ > ROTS > TPM > AOTC

the rest shouldn't even exist.

>the rest shouldn't even exist.
Youre right but they do and therefore must be reckoned with

>It felt like an off the trails old EU book

>Unintentionally rips off Palpatine being a clone from the Dark Empire series
>Unintentionally rips off the protagonist being Palpatine's grandchild from the Glove of Darth Vader series
It's true, but it's not in a good way.

I enjoyed it in a ironic way

Couldn't stop laughing throughout multiple segments

>Why, yes, I WAS dropped on my head frequently as a child, why do you ask?

TROS is inoffensive and borderline comedic trash that is basically set up as a fanfic, essentially "Star Wars Meets Capeshit". TLJ on the other hand is a deliberate middle finger to the viewers every step of the way, and for that reason it will always be worse.

disney spending a gorillion shekels to secure the rights is inconsequential to me. everything after ROTS might as well not exist for all I care.

>TROS is inoffensive
TROS made me physically ill
TLJ was just weird and boring
I can see TLJ being a decent movie with another rewrite but TROS is completely bankrupt of all value

>TROS made me physically ill
This is how I felt by the end of TLJ, so it was no issue at all to turn off TROS soon as Palpatine summoned Star Destroyers to rise up out of the ground like zombies & never look back.

It's kino
