I don't like silent films they bore me. But I do in fact love 1930s/40s comedies, noir, musicals, gangster films, etc. And If I could only pick three films one of them would be Pic Related. Other two would be Hackers which is a 90s flick and then probably Superman (1978)
Why do people love Hitchcock movies
Almost every single day, I watch at least 20 minutes of Birth of a Nation. Not the same parts, I'll just pick a random section and watch for a little. I know this may be difficult to understand, but some people think a little differently than you
the music, the cinematography, the acting .. It's just stunning. anyone who doesn't agree with me is a pleb and should go back to crap like avatar . I bet you think movies are good just cause a lot of people watched them LOL
The acting in Hitchcock is top notch though. Always had the best stars, every gesture and look meticulously directed.
I dunno, Tippi Hendren is pretty bad
What is your favorite Hitchcock kino? I think Vertigo is probably his most competent film, but North by Northwest is definitely my favorite.
Rebecca or Rope
Well no shit because if you could only pick 3 movies they better be porn
Strangers on a Train and The Lodger are the only ones that I've really liked (although the ending to The Lodger was fucking gay)
No one acts elitist about fucking Hitchcock or classic American films you retard. The elitists are the people who scoff at American movies and won't shut up about European arthouse shit from the fifties and sixties or who worship hacks like Robert Altman
