Also to add to this, RE is about the characters and how they are dealing with the situation they are in. The movies went too far into action. They are more horror obviously, but the horror comes from how vulnerable the characters are.

That's why the games are bad after 3. Yes 4 was fun to play, but the first three deal with characters in a strange situation. Yes Jill was in both RE1 and 3. RE3 was the finale of the trilogy and series along with Jill dealing with an entire city of monstrosities. Her entire home and life being uplifted before her eyes while her other team members bailed. All that is lost after RE3.

but lost location of alice and cant control her.
