Yeah it seems that the image.jpg poster and the jumpscare bad poster are indeed the same. Is he the slow burn poster? I used thought it was one mastermind who started this but it's like a little Homeric Question.

(i also found a post where some guy says he made the 1.0 edition and then some schizo picked it up and spammed it and developed 4 editions, further proof)

You can see the same thing here, the first post has a different filename. Not sure if it's the same person as bone chilling slow burn tho. There is also more than one filename there. Do also notice the gradual corruption of the original text, further hinting it was posted once by one person and then picked up and spammed by another.
