I thought she was hot with that purple hair, like some mom whose kids all left the nest so she dyed her hair to "get wild." Absolutely would with no fucking regrets.

Any military officer worth their brass knows that you keep your senior leaders in the know on your plans. Trying to do everything herself is some dumb shit a new officer would pull. Her not even giving Poe a reassurance that she had control of the situation is amateur shit.
The fact it got so bad that there was a fucking mutiny by her direct subordinate shows that she had no grasp of the severity of the situation and the morale of her crew.
