my tv is currently on the other side of the room from the bed
it would on the upper left while my bed would be on the lower right if we looked at the room from above

I have a big enough TV, but the contrast is fucking awful. I'm constantly having to adjust the contrast and brightness levels whenever I watch a movie or something. Aggravating as shit.

TV speakers are trash. I have a sound bar and it makes a world of a difference, though speakers would generally be the better option.

Have you adjusted it with one of those set up discs? Have you checked if you have one of those automatic adjustments options on? (you should turn that off btw)
