Would it kill you to fucking DUST once in a while?
You're too far away from the TV for that to be comfy. I have a 50" telly at the end of my bed and it's honestly better than going to the cinema.
My dog never reacted to anything on tv. It's like it didn't exist to him. Maybe he just was dumb.
Or he was smart enough to know it wasnt real.
stupid dog
>all those apartments with a clear view inside yours
how the fuck can people live like that? literally 0 privacy
We have blinds
>literally 0 privacy
that's hot
Imagine casually looking out your apartment window and seeing the cute trap on the neighbor building in the middle of a hot session with a 14'' dragon dildo
That would be weird haha
What size tv is that? 55" or 65"?
I'm thinking of getting one but don't know which size.
its an LG C9 55" oled. my couch is about 6' from the tv and its a good size for me
just get the biggest one they have. big TVs are cheap now
do i really need a soundbar? or are the tv speakers enough?
>do i really need a soundbar?
the answer to that is always no. get a cheap normal surround system
Neither. 5.1 system at least.
Looks like they’re still under construction. No need for blinds, yet.
my tv is currently on the other side of the room from the bed
it would on the upper left while my bed would be on the lower right if we looked at the room from above
i really need to find a way to place my tv closer to my bed when i move out
I have a big enough TV, but the contrast is fucking awful. I'm constantly having to adjust the contrast and brightness levels whenever I watch a movie or something. Aggravating as shit.
2500 dollarinos ain't cheap
TV speakers are trash. I have a sound bar and it makes a world of a difference, though speakers would generally be the better option.
>5.1
Waste of space for me since most of the movies I own are in mono anyway.
Have you adjusted it with one of those set up discs? Have you checked if you have one of those automatic adjustments options on? (you should turn that off btw)
based Rick Beato viewer.
my C9 was $2500 for a 55"
I've turned off all that extra shit since it doesn't help at all. This TV has an Active Contrast option, but it looks terrible for the vast majority of movies and shows I watch. Makes the brights SUPER bright; like they're fucking glowing. It's just a crap TV with crap contrast. Even my ancient plasma has better contrast (and speakers for that matter)
already dropped by a grand
I have an LG C9 on my desk. Nothing special, too lazy to post photo.
I've been awake all night.
what's life like in the void?
Maybe for low end TVs, but a 65" OLED is something like $500 more than a 55" version. 77" OLED is almost three times more expensive than 55".
That sucks man, you could try giving one of those set up discs a try, might help you find a decent combination at least.
What are some good tvs on the market these days?
1500+ for a decent 4k HDR TV. (only 55-65 inches in this price range)
1500+ for a decent 4k HDR Projector (between 90-175+ inches)
Depending on living conditions and if it's your only media player in the house, go for the projector man.

well i did buy it as soon as it came out. April 2019
April 2020 will be the C10 anyways so it no wonder the price came down
oh no you like nintendo that means you are a ridiculous caricature of an emasculated adult
What kind of TV costs that these days? 65" TVs are around £500 in the UK, even converting to freedom bucks ain't 2.5k
LG C9 or the CX when it comes out. OLED is certified kino technology and it's perfect for dark room viewing.
High end Samsung QLEDs (LCD display technology, not to be confused with OLED) are very good too, especially in well-lit rooms, but you can't beat infinite contrast ratio on OLED.
OLED's
not bad, rent's cheap so I can afford Vitamin D supplements
somebody post the bathroom with nice tapestry iykwim
TVs with dimming zones and such.
What kind of fucking subhuman uses the phone camera on vertical
Where in the profound deepest layers of hell do these people come from
This is ungodly
>What kind of TV costs that these days?
OLED and high end Samsung TVs.
>65" TVs are around £500 in the UK
Those are low end LCD TVs with no local dimming.
You can get a decent LCD for $800-1000 like the Samsung Q70R, but anything below that is trash when it comes to HDR content.
In my experience there isn't a good HDR capable TV in the $500 price range.
be nice, the phone's brightness must've blinded him
GODDAMN RICH CUNT
Did the phone's brightness also make his hand's tactile properties useless so that he can't feel in which position he's holding his phone?
every guitarist I've met in my life has been a faggot or an asshole.
>skull
guaranteed douche
>hands
he might have tentacles
this is how true humans exist.
