Tank armor isnt even relevant nowadays since Javelins and spikes can pretty much go through a meter or RHA. Russians are fighting to counter technology the west had 40 years ago, with their shtora and such. No one except for muzzies uses direct attack laser guided ATGMs anymore. They really cannot do anything at all against javelins and spikes, if any of those two locks onto your tank youre gonna be fried
