In a mixed coterie, a Nosferatu would realistically interact only in private meetings, or else handle stealth-related aspects of combat like an assassin character. Due to masquerade violations, they wouldn't be able to interact with humans, but they can interact with other kindred privately.
Paris is considered heavily Torreador territory, not sure about the rest of the country. In modern times, Paris actually has a Torreador prince, iirc.

It's actually super easy. As long as you don't walk INTO an NPC outdoors there's no masquerade violation. If you have to talk to an NPC they'll react with disgust but there's no violation there. You don't even have to use the sewers if you don't want to.
Nossies are pretty comfy to be honest. Nice combination of disciplines and immersive gameplay due to reactions from NPCs.
