Every capital in Brazil have electricity and internet, only Mozambique tier cities lack internet.
Though, I went to some of these cities many times, in Alagoas and some other states like Maranhão, in the worst cities of Brazil like Belágua, many people can only afford to eat flour at that's eat.
I miss the times where I was a kid and could only afford like 3 hours of internet at best. Used this to see things about Naruto, Turma da Mônica (Brazilian hq for children) and soccer
