I don't understand why Russians here are hating on Krasnodar. It looks surprisingly nice and clean on street view. Definitely above average when compared to other cities in the country

It's the climate, it's green the entire year, so it looks nice.

It's very good city tho, I've been living there for some time.
Tho Black Sea is shit, Japanese one is way better.

Yeah climate-wise it's definitely on of the comfiest cities in Russia

I would say Vladivostok was the biggest disappointment while Krasnodar was the biggest surprise for me when it comes to Russian cities

they're just jealous and they fear "that bright thing in the sky"

The buildings in your pic look very nice. Also lol that low fence, here in Brazil buildings like that would have 3-6 meter tall fences plus electric fence on top.

Krasnodar reminds me of Rio Grande do Sul which is where I live, but Krasnodar's nature looks spectacular and they have giant mountains and ski resorts, here we just have some valleys.

I noticed that Russians from Krasnodar love having nice sidewalks and landscaping. Krasnodar actually looks wealthier than South Brazil despite Russians claiming Krasnodar is supposed to be poor.

Vladivostok is better for sea tourism, but infrastructure for living is worse.
Season of rain and fogs is based tho.

The lack of Soviet commieblocks is refreshing. Most people seem to live in either new apartment buildings or detached houses

In my experience is full of grills that look desperatily to get to western europe by marriage

Rain and fog is depressing

It's the same commieblocks.

Well, at least Southern Russia proves that Russians can create nice comfortable places, they just need decent weather.

liberaha, your beloved West doesn't think so

Because of costs of living comparing to the external currencies
If you live in moscow with a decent salary (100k+) you already struggle with buying anything-but-domestically-made
Living literally anywhere else except for maybe st.p. is pretty retarded
Also the apartment costs in krasnodar are unjustified

Well, I looked at Krasnodar online and I can say that it looks like a typical Russian city.

k*banoids are subhuman

Yeah typical Russian city... except it has TREES and looks freaking BEAUTIFUL.

Also when people talk about Krasnodar they mean the entire region not just the city, the city is nice of course, but the entire area has awesome places.

Even the rural areas look comfy

Aren't they just Hohols?

Looks pretty nice indeed, places with hills like that are great, and now look at this freaking view.

This is Taganrog. My hometown. Typical Russian city.

It looks terrible compared to Krasnodar

wtf I love Russia now

Nice asphalt, lots of greenery everywhere, proper sidewalks, decent to great houses. It's not perfect, but most people on earth could live in a place like this and wouldn't complain. It's villages like these that look underdeveloped, they just look rural but there isn't really a desire to live in a place like this.

>It's villages like these that look underdeveloped, they just look rural but there isn't really a desire to live in a place like this.
For young people sure, they love the buzz, the action, clubs etc. Older people tend to crave rural dachas and escape the city noise\air\crowds and headaches there at any opportunity

Russia was destined to be pretty comfy; it was Soviet collectivist interventionism that ruined its urbanism with its commieblocks.

In Spain something similar has happened since Franco's time, the problem is that this interventionism is still evident and we still have to keep building commieblocks instead of houses with a natural expansion

>Japanese one is way better.
which one?

>I don't understand why Russians here are hating on Krasnodar
success breeds jealousy
