Neo-Qutbism is a revolutionary Islamic philosophy that revises the principles of Sayyid Qutb so that they are most suitable for the modern times. I am citing the source of jahiliyah or spiritual bankruptcy in the West as from two parts: capitalism and religious chauvinism. The spiritually draining effects of capitalism are well known but I will be drawing on sources such as Jungian psychology, existentialism, Marxism, Africana theory, and anti colonialism to dissect them. And religious chauvinism of course refers to the history of religious oppression on macro and micro levels and how they have traumatized people into turning away from religion. The philosophy is this, if you want to spread Islam, if you want people to have spiritual liberation, you must destroy the material conditions that prevent this, namely capitalism, with a dialectic materialist approach to jihad, meaning calculated revolutionary tactics that minimize the death of innocents as done by bin Laden, but armed struggle where necessary and most effective. And if you want people to trust religion, then all chauvinistic ideologies must be abandoned in the revolutionary struggle, namely homophobia, transphobia, racism, ableism, sexism, or any other ideology that antagonizes the marginalized people. Once capitalism is defeated and religious chauvinism abolished, the people will be left to choose whether they will come to Islam or go their own path, but the noble composure of the Muslim revolutionary is the best form of dawah (call to Islam) because it leads by upstanding behaviors and ideologies.
