Maybe you shouldn't claim tiny rocks on the edge of Aegean as your air and sea space. Kastellorizo shouldnt have a right to an eez since the islands barely have 1000 permanent inhabitants and are over 100km away from any nearby major greek island, normally this issue would've solved via diplomacy but Greeks are too stubborn and nationalism driven for civilized diplomatic conversation.
Greece (and by extension the EU, US, Gulf states and Israel-Egypt-Saudi alliance also) is pushing for EEZ areas that prohibit Turkey from sailing into the Mediterranean (with military ships) let alone having any rights to potential gas reserves etc. Greece already claims all of Aegean, through adding the claimed Cyprus EEZ and Kastellorizo she can also block Turkey from the Mediterranean and Turkey would have to notify and ask the permission of Greek Coastal guard and navy to be able to patrol her own shores.
