China went full quarantine mode in Wuhan while the Italian tourists in China ducked out of the country, spread it around Europe and then a couple of Spaniards spread it throughout South America by deciding to ignore quarantine go on an international holiday.
You can't blame the Chinese for spreading the virus but also blame them for being authoritarian and locking up people who were infected.

China censored the doctors who notified them of this virus, fed wrong information to the WHO concerning the virus, then they said that the USA apparently manufactured the virus or at least released it in China to damage them and now they spread their shitty information online that they are a friend of western countries for helping them during the pandemic. China is a shitty country with a shitty government and that the virus spread this far is only the fault of the CCP for ignoring and censoring all their doctors that warned them, they were hoping that this turns out to be another SARS but in the end it was far more infectious.
