it's a step in the right direction but honestly they should have just ditched those retarded pictograms and fully adopted the Latin Alphabet

China should use traditional characters.
Japan should abandon kanji and only write with kana.

Learning milliong of hierogliphs is retarded. They should reduce it to like 30 aplhabet characters and make words with it.

Caveman drawings are retarded no matter what language uses it. Alphabets are way better in every way and allow people to read things instead of memorizing pictures of words in their heads. If you don't want to adopt, let's say, latin you can always create another one like the koreans did with hangul
