Everyone is individual, some methods will work better for you than for others and vice versa. Try things out, be open-minded. Easiest thing would be a language course, but maybe an app will help you as well. That's for starters, as soon as you have a basic level of skill, I recommend watching some movies in German, or read some books. Speaking is the most difficult if you don't have someone to talk to...
