The structure and literal meaning of each of these sentences is obvious, but I have no idea what the second is supposed to be saying. The first one doesn't have any slang, and being "fixed" for something is obvious, though I don't think anyone would use that now, and even for that time period it sounds distinctly Southern.

in the first one the grammar is really weird, i think it could most heavily benefit from context of the 3 examples. can't really figure it out but maybe its a flowery military way of saying a pilot and a veteran are traveling in a direction opposite from the moon think the 2nd one is literally referring to live shows, maybe theatre? when the live stuff (theatre) gets thin (isn't playing), trot on the movies (watch recorded material). would need context to gauge whether thats supposed to be interpreted literally the third one sounds like technical jargon. the first person is asking how the suction of the device person 2 is operating is. person 2 says its just average

It was one of those quizzes where it wants me to write the words the lady says. I had no idea what she said though so I kinda just tried typing out what I heard. It let me pass, so I figured I must have typed the words correctly. Russian has way too many letters that sounds almost the same lol. I can read them, but when it's spoken out loud it just sounds like chcechoch che but it's actually five different letters
Maybe it doesn't require you to write it down perfectly. I think the algorithm just counts the number of letters you got right and if is above a minimum requirement then it lets you pass.

no, дeвoчки is both nominative plural and genitive singular. it's in genitive case here, so it would be "where's the girl's dog?"
