It's easier than to get a job in most field one you have the knowledge and skills required.
Learning them isn't really hard but it depends on your ability to learn them, you might be better at other things and trying with something you aren't good at can only be frustating.

Burgas is better and the southern side of the seaside is better in general imo, and youd have easier access to it from Burgas, which is one of the most developed cities in Bulgaria.

Poles look like the whitest quarter of bulgarians. I have never been to Bulgaria but been to Poland and everybody could pass for a local in Romania.
