It doesn't actually stop it but it does make it so you get it later in life than early. As in years later not months.

How do i avoid getting this? I can't think of a more scary thing to go through, your entire conscious just slowly melts away and you forget your own children when they walk right in front of you etc. I don't even want to think about such things, i have sleep issues and always in the back of my mind i am scared that 30-40 years from now it will all catch up to me.
