Interesting! It's a bit like that over here where it's a bit more tough to make friends here if you don't know people here already and that people stay in their circles. Is the American university just open for Americans? Or do Luxembourgers also study there?

Hmm,I think it's just open for Americans.. I've never been inside, but during summer the town's flooded with Americans. You don't see them much outside of right where the university is otherwise though.
It's weird because they really stick out in a particular way I can't entirely describe.
