There used to be a regular Luxembourgish poster on /éire/ but he hasn't been around much lately. Can't say I blame him with how bad the threads have become.

There should definitely be a /benelux/ general, but this way /nederaad/ have basically excluded you and the Wallonians. Not nice.

Uhmmm, a few. I can't exactly say how many, I don't hang out with people much outside work and where I work now there's only 1 Portuguese person..

Well, that's the bad thing in my case! It's super tough to make friends if you're not in some kind of circle and people don't really know you.
Some of them study here, the university we have isn't too bad. We also have an American university where Americans go to for language exchange.
I thin Luxembourg will like anything that benefits them, being that we're such a small country and need others for resources and everything..

Hmm,I think it's just open for Americans.. I've never been inside, but during summer the town's flooded with Americans. You don't see them much outside of right where the university is otherwise though.
It's weird because they really stick out in a particular way I can't entirely describe.

I grew up with a lot of them. Some roll their ‘’r’’ like a lot of people here. I liked this flemish girl but her french accent was different sounding from wallons. It was really cute

I don’t really like the parisian accent but I heard that the french we use here is based on an older version of it. A lot of settlers were from Normandie or Paris. I like the Icelandic or Norwegian accent. It’s sorta lispy sounding. Afrikaans is also really cute
