I am the Taiwanese-American that has been bothering you guys with questions for the past 2 threads. I have a few more questions to trouble you all with ;_;
How is the Chinese virus affecting shops/tourist destinations? I will be in Osaka for a few days and wanted to feed deer at Nara and go to dotonbori. Will I still be able to do that? There was also a whale restaurant I wanted to try in Osaka, can I expect specialty restaurants like these to be open normally?
Any recommendations for stuff to do near Osaka?
Are animates/arcades/toranoanas in Tokyo all operating normally?
Are tourist attractions in Tokyo operating normally or closing?
How cold is it in Tokyo right now?

eh my mom and I are going to Japan to help my imouto move back to the states after a year teaching in Japan. Personally, I do not care if I get infected. I am worried for my mom but she says no sickness in the world will prevent her from seeing/helping her daughter. My imouto says she can move back herself but Asian parents are just... clingy
