yes. they dont clean their pipes and thats what makes it safe, its just water passing throught them. imagine if someone actually tried to clean the pipes above then put them back into use, it would take days or weeks of flushing for clean water to come out. naturally dirt gets deposited in the pipes, not the other way, but our water is so pure there really isnt any dirt in it to begin with.

these are just concrete sewer pipes AMD they rarely have azbest admixture
also they are not meant for clean water
