I've recently been given somebody to manage. I'm mid 20s and a bit nerdy, this guy is in his 40s with kids, a mortgage and a wife.
I know he doesn't respect me and I know he hates being told what to do by me.
I always thought I'd enjoy managing people but I actually hate it, if there's one thing worse than worrying about my work and performance, it's worrying about his as well.

We know that loads of Chinese have died since quarantine in china began but there is chinese evidence to suggest it may have slowed things down
We are not sure we can trust china
We known that Italians and Iranians are dropping like flies
We know there is little reason to think UK wont be like italy in a couple of weeks- Completely ravaged by the most lethal illness mankind has ever seen
We know hundreds are dying in Italy each week and close to a thousand in iran each week
We currently have no official age breakdowns of deaths from china, Italy or iran.
We know age breakdowns are the last thing the government would ever release in in a full blown pandemic
We have heard of at least a dozen or so young young Chinese and iranians dying
This illness is still very young. We know little, but we sense this is something terrible like never before
