These twin designs are so bland.

it's very vague. Either 2 spells is the pre-requisite for specifically for a evocation course, or 2 general spells like abomination crafting and something else for a general studies/emperor's coven prep class.
That's so far the weakness of this series, it's very flimsy setting with not enough set rules or rules made clear for the audience

Show has done a good job at avoiding the cliche bully plots.

Nah, Luz is the bigger draw to the show. Her design is very appealing. Amity is a good character but her design is a little bland. I do ship them though.

I would take out Amity siblings, Guz, Willow and at least half of the episodes

making Amity a bully at first was kinda bad thou, it went so fast it was pretty much pointless

Yeah, it could've been extended another two or three episodes.
