See the dumb thing about the prep time meme is that non one, not even Batman, is prepared for everything. Sure forethought and planning go a long way, but even the slightest misstep can lead you to your pants around your ankles.

look even with prep time, you need to be more specific on WHO he's battling.
let's say spider-man (also his anti-spider sense drug is never used after trying to make it canon, it doesn't make sense).
there is nothing in the dc or marvel universe that batman can use to stop his spider-sense.
spider-man can react faster than batman's punches, and is stronger.
sure batman is the best fighter, but spider-man can dodge more and be more agile than batman.
see all this above is just one example. if you're saying that with a week batman can beat anyone, then that's just pure bull right there.

You can't prepare for a cruise liner landing on top of you. You can't prepare for a human moving damn near as fast as a tachyon punching you in the face.
If literally anyone on the league wanted to they would destroy bruce, every robin, all of Gotham and probably half of metropolis before the rest showed up. GL, Superman, Wondy and obviously flash are canonically too fast to be seen when moving with effort.
Most of the teen titans could do the same if taken at face value with no PIS.
Prep-time is literally just PIS with a cooldown.

I'm deranged Superman. You're Batman. I've taken a cruise ship and placed a hydrogen bomb inside of it. I'm hovering high above the tallest building, over downtown Gotham. I'm preparing to not just drop the cruise but to hurl it as hard as I can downward before flying off to slam directly through Mt Kilauea to cause an eruption on my way to pick up a nuclear submarine which I will then hurl at LA.
How do you stop me?
