I enjoyed this series and would like to own it on physical media like the dinosaur I am.

You might like Silver Age stuff in general. Batman - The Greatest Stories Ever Told, the edition from the late 80s and Batman: The Black Casebook would be right up your alley.

Are you talking about Beware or Brave and the Bold? Because I'm sure the latter had full use of Batman rogues and by the time the former aired, the Bat-Embargo was gone. They just wanted to use different villains while spreading out the traditional Bat-Rogues. The only embargo left was the Wonder Woman one, and that one was gone by season two of YJ.
Both YJ and Beware even used Ra's al Ghul and Deathstroke.
