This sounds more like the Batman/Spawn crossover (the one with Klaus Janson art) rather than Spawn/Batman. In the Spawn/Batman one they parted on bad terms.

Did Todd and Namco part on bad terms? Bamco wanted him in SC5 but apparently hit a wall on copyroght; he's co-owned by both Bamco and Todd, so if that's true it means he wasn't willing to play ball.
Todd seems to be stingy as fuck with his copyrights, given the what went down with Gaiman.
Spawn eventually teams with Scorp and Sub-Zero to clear out hell.
A Bamco company will do distribution for his toys in some markets so maybe not.

Complete swing and a miss with Terminator in this game. No one wanted the fucking Dark Fate version, hell no one remembers that fucking film anymore not even Cameron who distanced himself like a mother fucker a week after launch. Fucking NRS.
To be fair to NRS, it was probably studio-mandated that they had to plug the most recently released film. Like how they were barred from having Perlman voice Hellboy in Injustice 2 because it was felt that it would somehow detract from the then-upcoming reboot.

They don't explicitly confirm that Overtkill is a terminator. Terminator just says that Overtkill is an inferior model. I think they were just saying that he was a shittier cyborg than the Terminator.

Still, what the fuck is up with Evil Dead anyways? From what I've heard the franchise is a licensing nightmare ever since Universal fucked with Raimi, making the Ash character in Army of Darkness and Evil Dead II be treated as two different individuals when it comes to making merch
That changed during Ash vs Evil Dead. I think they finally got the rights back because the later seasons started referencing AoD pretty heavily so there's no worries regarding that anymore. Although Bruce has said he's done playing Ash now.
