Okay, so your first problem is that her design communicates none of that, at least in this picture. IRL, how someone dresses isn't always indicative of their interests or personality. I own several sports jerseys but couldn't give a shit about sports for example. But that sort of thing is pretty important in fiction. So even if you're basing it off a real person, you'll want to push the push the design a bit more to reflect the personality.
