Okay, so your first problem is that her design communicates none of that, at least in this picture. IRL, how someone dresses isn't always indicative of their interests or personality. I own several sports jerseys but couldn't give a shit about sports for example. But that sort of thing is pretty important in fiction. So even if you're basing it off a real person, you'll want to push the push the design a bit more to reflect the personality.

In any case, a decent starting point based on that description is a band cartoon of some sort. She could be a talented guitarist who, after struggling a bit to get a following on her own, figures the best pathway to success is to force some people she knows together and form a band with them, even if her new collaborators aren't the best musicians themselves and the only thing they have in common at the start is sharing your protagonist as a friend.

Or you could do some magic music thing where she's an aspiring bard in a urban fantasy setting.

Eh, it could be part of why she's a struggling artist. She's a solid musician, but despite loving the idea of having her name known by music junkies the world over, she's too shy to put herself out there that much. So she figures being part of a band (whose members she can hide behind if she senses too many eyes on her) would be a nice way to ease herself into performing in front of crowds. In practice, it doesn't actually do much to help her on-stage confidence, but hey, at least it makes her feel better.

The character is in college, though.

Disaffected 20 year old has superpowers but doesn’t use them for much of anything. Instead she’s part of the “masked mystery men” community six generations from the WW2 heroes that started it all. Her supporting cast are all mentally ill, a symptom of superpowers that mirrors the modern day problem most people of her generation are dealing with. They include a young optimistic boy with schizophrenia whose an actual masked superhero, a psychology major with telepathy, a teenage runaway from the First Family (a sort of Fantastic Four by way of Mormonism), and her roommate a lofi musician whose dazzler powers still can’t get him a place in the industry. The comic is about the slice of life of dealing with no future and sliding into debt from no career opportunities.

In Armored Core, Ravens are PMC mercenary mecha pilots. I mostly posted it because I'm pretty sure an NPC says "Good luck Ravens" at the start of at least one mission.

All Merlin’s actually come from a fragment of the Holy Grail which constantly drips a shining, clear, liquid. This fluid is what causes people to manifest Merlins, and it is implanted alongside the RAVENS to ensure that the host won’t die during the spinal cord implanting process
The Holy Grail was shattered to pieces by Aurthur, and each piece was given to a knight, with one given to Merlin and two given to the aquatic dragons
If the Holy Grail is ever fully assembled, then the fluid within will turn silver, and grant immortality and the full potential of their Merlin to whoever drinks from the grail
The last being to drink from the grail was a dragon with a distortion Merlin who used his expanded Merlin to become a cuthulu-like entity. He planned to distort the world into his disgusting personal paradise. Luckily he was placed in a coma and sealed under the ocean in a massive tomb
The dragon queen wants to use the grail to access the full potential of her death Merlin in hopes that she can finally kill the eldritch monster, because he’s finally starting to beak free
The leader of the Lancelot organization wants to achieve immortality so he can protect the world from itself. He nuked the dragon capitol, to get their grail pieces, leading to the war between humans and dragons
