The problem you just described is identity politics, specialized marketing and safe spaces.
It's been scientifically proven already that modem people have actually gotten more angrier and partisan because website like Google, Facebook, Twitter, Youtuber and so on advertise specifically around the individuals own bias and thus individuals never have to actually go and discuss or see other peoples perceptions because it's way easier to just fall back on shit you already believe in.
