He only started disassociating when it became publicly disadvantageous to do so and when his fame started making it that he has to be careful about who he interacts with in the public eye. He only scrubbed his involvement with 4lung AFTER the pedo fetishism was publicly expressed on twitter, but what private conversations might have revealed that before then?
