Post-hardcore albums like Relationship on Command and A Song to Ruin always draw me in, as well as American Football or Hop along. Idk though, my musical tastes are usually pretty dark and depressing, and I've kept it consistant from times in my life where I'm doing alright to when I hate myself, and I wouldn't say that the music by itself ever overwhelms me or is soul crushing. I don't think music has the power to do that for me
