Fuck the retards that ruined the meaning of lofi. My friend was telling me about his plans to make an album, and kep saying it was gonna be "lofi rnb". I asked him what he thought lofi meant and he said "sad aesthetic music" like half ironically.
It just annoys me that such a great sound has now been tainted. Why can't we have more modern day Weens or Half Japaneses?

Pic related might be one of the most honest albums I've ever heard. Ironic considering it's a lo-fi avant-folk album. Most other lo-fi releases I like are just badly recorded live albums/bootlegs.
